SRA Scholarship Program

SRA SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION

Soccer Revolution Academy (SRA) offers scholarships for our soccer training programs to youth players in financial need. The scholarship will cover 50-100% of the cost of any SRA program pending each applicant’s annual household income and number of dependents. NOTE: Submitting this application does not guarantee financial assistance.

Applicants for the scholarship MUST meet the following criteria:.

  1. Must demonstrate a positive attitude and a passion for the game of soccer.

  2. Must be between the ages of 5-17 years old.

  3. Must submit this application and required documents at least one week prior to the start of the program you wish to attend.

  4. Must demonstrate significant financial need.

Required Application Documents:

  1. Completed application form with signature of a parent or legal guardian.

  2. Most recent 1040 tax return of parents or legal guardians.
